Обязанности:

- Process invoices for payment. Check for compliance with policy and procedures, tax and legal requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan; compliance with delegations of authority.

- Timely and accurately input invoices into E1.

- Meet all accounting close deadlines for quantitative analysis and commentary, as required.

- Complete acts of reconciliation with the suppliers upon request .

- Performs other special tasks as requested by a Supervisor.

- Communicate with suppliers’ representatives, maintain professional atmosphere, resolve disputed charges, respond to questions and enhance the payment processing.

Must know

- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

- Local Accounting Instructions

- RoK Law on Accounting

- RoK Tax Code

- RoK Labour Code

Education –(Economics,Finance,Accounting).
- Relevant major – Accounting, Finance, Audit, Economics, other related .

- English – fluent required (as all documentation is in English).

- GPA – at least 3.0 out of 4.0.
- For experienced candidates – work experience in relevant positions such as accounting, cost control, budgeting, financial analysis.

- Good analytical skills, ability to understand and interprete issues,identify and recommend resolutions,

- Good communication skills

- Teamwork attributes are extremely important.Willingness to perform broad scope of work,as required
