Senior Productivity Engineer

Requirements:

Leadership and Communication Skills-Effective interpersonal skills and able to maintain a neutral position as facilitator and communicate effectively to multidiscipline and multicultural teams from different organizations.
Fluent in English and Russian (or Kazakh) languages is essential.
All work is conducted primarily in English.
Technical Skills-10+ years of Major Capital Project / Engineering experience.
Prior experience in implementation of a productivity program such as Project Controls, Workface Planning, Lean Construction or Lean Sigma is preferred.
Strong analytical and facilitation skills and adept in effective use of computers and standard software packages.
Planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project
