MAC IOCC SC Lead, Tengiz 28/28 (Only KZ Passports Holders)
Responsibilities:
Supports the implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture at site locations.
Ensure compliance statutory regulations and project procedures, policies and specifications
Participate in progress review meetings, coordination meetings etc. Monitor the timely issuance of deliverables, documentation in line with the need to complete the PAS systems in accordance schedules
Attend as required the daily / weekly meetings with the various MAC System Completion Teams.
Interface project-wide and coordinate with both the Systems Completions teams (Gathering, Control & Power and IOCC) and the MAC to ensure the subsystem completion of PAS systems are in-line with the schedule and milestones for the project.
Monitor construction activities on subsystem basis for QVD release of RIE containing PAS control system cabinets (PCS, FGS, SIS) in line with schedule for SATs of the related systems.
Directly interface with MAC and project-wide SC teams to ensure understanding and alignment for schedule driven priority dates to accomplish such project phases as:
Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-Up of PAS systems.
Directly interface with both the MAC System Completions Manager and project-wide SC Teams to manage a smooth handover of PAS subsystems from various project phases from Mechanical Completion through to Pre-Commissioning and Ready for Start-up (RFSU) including providing support to commissioning activities up to and including RFO (Ready for Operations) of plant facilities.
Interface with Leads of project-wide System Completions Teams, and Area Superintendents / Leads to understand and align with the work priorities.
Work with MAC to ensure resources, materials and documents are available to meet, SAT, Loop Check Commissioning and Start -Up need dates and requirements
Work with MAC Construction Manager for status and schedule reviews to ensure PAS system completion requirements are met on MAC procured equipment in-line with project schedules for Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-U
Work with the MAC to ensure MAC follows software change management processes for design change implementation.
Works with MAC to ensure necessary MAC technical support is available to resolve issues in timely manner.
Coordinate to ensure timely resolution of technical queries and engineering design changes associated with the PAS systems in coordination with the Onshore and Offshore
Project engineering teams
Act as technical focal point for all technical queries and completion issues related to PAS systems such punch items, design changes etc.
Requirement:
At least Ten (10) years' experience working on large-mega size turnover projects, out of which experience is required in supervision of Systems Completions, Commissioning activities.
Eight (8) years' experience and a background in Automation / Control systems
Chevron project experience is advantageous
