QA/QC Manager
Requirements:
This job is based in Tengiz, Kazakhstan.
The position is on 28/28 rotation.
Accommodation, transport and 3 times of meal are provided by the company.
Specific Candidate Skills:
Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience and 2 years at a managerial level
Strong computer skills
Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills
Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
