Head of Organization & Business Improvement (For KZ residents only)
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in related field preferred;
- 8-10 years of experience in the relevant areas with a minimum 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
- Experience working with policy & procedure and providing independent research, analysis and advice on complex issues, including evaluation of options and recommendations;
- Experience managing policy projects, and implementing policy decisions
- Ability to work independently to meet critical and competing deadlines to produce high quality work in short timeframes;
- Grasp of Business Process Modeling and practical application experience;
- Demonstrated competency in research and process / procedure analysis, including ability to identify and explain complex HRM issues.
- Profound understanding of business processes.
- Analytical Thinking;
- Proactive approach to decisional process;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision;
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, MS Sharepoint Collaboration Platform and other specific IT tools, administrative applications used by the department.
