University Degree (preferable in HRM, Legal, Public Affairs, Social Sciences)Minimum 8-10 years HR experience in multinational, corporate environment (preferably within Energy / O&G), 2-3 years of which should have been in senior role, managing teams across multiple sites / locationsMinimum 3 years ‘end-to-end’ Resourcing experience - including the management & delivery of resourcing & selection projects and the design & delivery of effective resourcing & selection methodologiesExperience of managing (external) supplier relationships at senior level and of the practices and standards relating to the resourcing of high-calibre staff is an advantage
