Real Estate Advisor (For KZ residents only)

• High education level with experience in properties coordination
• 3 years of experience in services and in Facilities management is an advantage
• Must have sound understanding of ROK requirements for building services
• Advanced AutoCAD experience
• The job holder must have proven competency in the use of PC and associated applications, including AutoCAD
• Experience in office space allocation, utilization, planning and administration
• Good Kazakh, Russian and English both written and spoken
• General understanding of BOMA, OSCRE industry-standards may be required
• Working knowledge of contracts and agreements
• Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements
• Working knowledge of building maintenance
• Understanding of marketing and customer service principles
