Participate in, and lead when required, planning and coordination meetings
Review contractor fuel management plans and procedures to identify any anomalies and address with Fuel Lead and Site management
Compile fuel consumption reports relating to vehicles/equipment
Review contractor SOP’s ensure contractors are utilizing all applicable Safe Work Practices (SWP) and procedures taking corrective action to address any faults and report as required to management
Conduct vehicle and equipment spot checks & check documentation
Monitor contractor performance to address any anomalies and minimize adverse impact to operations
Assist with incident investigations to determine the root cause and take action accordingly
Complete various daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by Fuel Lead
Perform spot checks of equipment relating to fuel distribution & receipt of fuel, this would include drivers run-sheet recording
Report reconciliation of fuel issued against distribution reports at site locations to Fuel Coordinator
Engage with Project teams to coordinate fuel Audits with contractors
Provide onsite presence for fuel supplied to equipment and vehicles, reporting any anomalies or discrepancies
Assist with mentoring and coaching of the contractor teams as required to develop their level of competence and knowledge procedures and expectations
Requirement:
Education Completed high school education. Diploma or higher is desirable
Minimum of 3 years work experience in related role in the Oil & Gas industry.
Construction/major capital project experience desirable.
Fluent in Kazakh and/or Russian is essential. Intermediate level of English is also required
Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and shared document management systems.
