Technical Services Team Lead  (For KZ residents only) Atyrau 5/2 

• University degree in engineering discipline. 
• A minimum of 6-8 years over all experience in Project Engineering, with minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas. 
• Experience in design of Oil & Gas treatment plants and utilities in sour environment
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, communication and problem solving skills 
• Good English language skills 
• Good communication skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills to include formal report writing, formal presentations and the ability to work with a wide range of personnel from a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment. 
• Ability to review and prepare work progresses and reports. 
• Full understanding of HSE importance in planning and executing projects, proactive approach to HSE issues and safety/hazard management. 
• Full understanding of importance in planning and executing projects 
• Ability to integrate into a team environment focusing on project deliverables completion. 
• Ability to liaise with equipment vendors and interface with in-house technical specialists and other engineering disciplines.
• Ability to work effectively
