Orken-IOCC System Completion Project Engineer, Tengiz 28/28 (Only KZ Passports Holders)
Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Engineer will assure development of the project Ready for Operation (RFO) and Handover Packages, with a primary focus on consistent use of the Project Red Line Mark-up Procedure for critical project deliverables.
The SPE will be responsible for interfacing with all Orken and IOCC teams to assure execution plans are developed and implemented to complete population of the Commissioning Management System (CMS) in accordance with Project milestones.
The SPE will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical support to assure compliance with TCO Base Business requirements. Ability to effectively coordinate across multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams will be critical in this role.
Previous experience on Tengizchevroil (TCO) major capital project with direct involvement during systems completion and final project handover.
Experience on Commercial building construction and commissioning is preferred.
Teamwork - work constructively with Construction and Systems Completion contractors and FGP/ TCO project team members.
Planning and Organization - establish deliverables, develop plans and identify resources
Communication - effectively convey project requirements to various disciplines both verbally and in writing
