Services Planning & Performance Lead  (For KZ residents only)

• Formulate and execute business plans according to set priorities
• Must be extremely proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, with good skills in MS Word
• Must be extremely proficient in data analytics. Candidates with strong experience working with data analysis software such as Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau would be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Knowledge of current and emerging internal and external issues impacting on the operational environment
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.  Lean Sigma expertise is a plus.
• Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles, processes, and requirements for strategic planning and development within Oil and Gas sector
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to identify, evaluates, and accurately assess the viability of strategic opportunities available
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
