RA Lead - IOCC- Utilities (For KZ residents only)
- Minimum 5 years engineering practice, including at least 3 years of design experience in process engineering in the Oil and Gas, mineral or general process engineering areas;
- Minimum of 10 years of Regulatory Affairs experience within RoK projects, including substantial experience dealing with the regulatory Mechanical - FEED, Detailed Design, Engineering, Estimation documentation and regulation surveillance functions;
- Considerable experience gained in design, process plant site activities including construction, commissioning, training, operations and maintenance of complex plant;
- Must have an extensive knowledge of RoK/International Norms and Rules such as Technical Directives, RoK Legislation, GOST, Construction Codes and Regulations (SNiP), Construction Norms (SN), RoK Sanitary and Epidemiological Norms (SANPIN), Norms for Process Design (NTP), ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), ANSI (The American National Standards Institute);
- Excellent presentation skills to explain and resolve effectively on technical issues to the project stakeholders;
- Given the specific nature of the project, the candidate must demonstrate fluent proficiency (written & verbal) in Kazakh, Russian and English languages;
