Finance & Services Manager (For KZ residents only)
- Relevant University degree.
- Required international relevant financial experience, or MBA.
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience in Finance with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Previous responsibilities in the fields of accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax and contracting in a complex organization.
- Previous role in JV organization in a context of complex JV.
- Ability to develop and communicate goals within the Finance and NDD organization.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other Directorates.
- Ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and to take appropriate decisions to deal with possible contingencies.
- Ability to find effective solutions by taking a holistic, abstract or theoretical perspective, whilst being in line with the regulatory and contractual environment.
- Ability to keep functioning effectively when under pressure and maintain self control in the face of formalistic approaches being used by other stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver through others thanks to an efficient practical mindset.
