Development Planning Engineer (For KZ residents only) Atyrau 5/2

• Particular emphasis on Civil/Structural Infrastructure projects/contracts development from conceptual design to implementation and execution.
• Knowledge and experience in civil works related to logistics domain (road works, camp construction, concrete basement or metallic structure,…) .
• Extensive knowledge and experience of tendering and contracting, and associated administration procedures.
• Ability to exercise degree initiative and problem solving.
• Self-starter with ability to exercise good decision-making and sound judgment.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills, appropriate for local Kazakhstani and International JV operations, multinational and multicultural environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to be able to present complex views to Company internal and external parties.
• English Language skills both written and verbal. Russian and Kazakh language is an important advantage, as well as Kazakh citizenship.
• Strong background in modern engineering and design, application of the achievements of international construction technology to local construction.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS Project).
