Admin Assistant (Tengiz, 28/28)
Responsible:
-On/off boarding.
-Developing and maintaining project procedures.
-Coordinates and manages the projects site logistic fleet (vehicles)
-Liaison with IT for desktop support, printers etc.
-Travel arrangements (incl. local transport).
-Office logistics, meeting prep.
-Arranging catering.
-Office supplies.
-Safety/Fire warden & first aider.
-Liaison with services groups in all areas (moves, building access, parking etc.).
-Liaison with admin as required
-Ad-hoc English to Russian translation (verbal and written).
-Manage immigration requirements for visitors.
Liaise with HR facilities in respect of accomodation matters.
-Event organisation as required.
-Ordering and warehouseing supplies & PPE
-Support to NERP team members as required (e.g. document management, contract support, presentation material preparation)
Requirements:
National Kazakh personnel only
Must be fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken)
Experienced admin required as this role is autonomous
