• University degree in petroleum, mechanical or chemical Engineering, or Business Administration
• Operations professional with >15 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry, of which >5 years in a management position.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional teams and driving change, with ability to influence outcomes, gain stakeholder support and deliver results.
• Be able to perform under extreme time pressure in a challenging, stressful environment.
• Excellent team player, competent to lead or participate in complex studies or processes with other disciplines.
