Material Specialist (For KZ residents only) Tengiz 14/14

• Controls issue and receipt of tools and equipment to the warehouse.  
• Analysis and preparation of regular reports for Group Supervisor for all kind of supply and return of materials on his/her instructions. The control over performance of daily tasks per all Projects. Strict adherence to established procedures and instructions.
• The processing of material supply activities in JDE-E1 system; the control over receipt of materials; checking, completing and storage of materials; the checking of material registration log and cross reference data base; control over the issue of materials for work Executors, plan development on re-allocation of unused materials for return with reimbursement of expenses / writing off / storage for the next Turnaround.
• The control over maintaining and entering of relevant updates to Documentation Registration File Systems. Registration and distribution of all documentation to appropriate Users.
• Regular work with complex Word, Excel and Access documentation with the use of formulas and creation of new databases, as well as in JDE-E1 system.
• Be able to work overtime and night shifts in emergency or critical situations at the Production Areas
