 Lead Hydropower Engineer (Only KZ Passport holders) Almaty 5/2

• Support ILF Management in developing specific competences in Business Developments, Design or PMC activities.
• to work on various hydro projects ranging from concept development to construction and commissioning,
• To prepare proposal, design calculation, technical due diligence study, feasibility studies, detailed design, tender design and specifications, assisting with project implementation.
• To assess the commercial viability of new Hydro Power Plants ventures.
• To undertake feasibility studies.
• To model or design potential Hydro Power Plants sites.
• To work in team to support planning and scheduling of the site activities..
• To work in team to support integration of the Plants with all the other facilities required, such as High Voltage Transmission Systems.
• To provide solutions to problems related to land reclamation, water pollution and sustainability.
• To design assessment of health and safety key issues.
• To assess design and flood risk management.
• To aware compliance and audit processes. 
• Knowledge and experience in international contracts related to the development and execution of Hydro Power Generation Plants.
• Experience in design, construction and operation of Hydro Power Generation Plants..
• Experience in pre-award activities, involving qualification of Bidders and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of MS project, Primavera and Autocad 2/3D.
• Client’-focused and sensitive to Client’s requirements.
• Knowledge of health and safety issues related to Hydro Plants.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision.
• Systematic thinker and good organizational skills/time management.
• Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred
• Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory Kazakh is advantageous
• Professional experience: Min 15 years – technical experience.
