Higher education:

Law, Economics, Management, Foreign Language Teacher.

Experience:

- Experience in Industrial relation department

- Experience in the HR department for at least one year.

or

- Experience as a lawyer, legal adviser (or legal assistant) - at least two years.

or

- Knowledge of the payroll accountant (or assistant) for at least one year.

- Priority to candidates with experience in resolving labour-related cases:

(payment of maintenance, illegal dismissal, illegal disciplinary action, participation in the conciliation commission)

Personal qualities of the candidate:

- Kindness, intelligence.

Knowledge of languages:

- necessarily state, Russian (oral and written).

- knowledge of English is preferable (not below intermediate)

Skills:

- computer literacy (Required skills in using MS Office software (Word, Excel)

- the ability of public speaking in front of people.
