Maintenance planning engineer (Only KZ Passport holders) Taikonyr 21/21

·          Higher technical education.

·         At least 3–5 years of experience in the construction of buildings and structures

Must know: 

Legislation, normative legal acts and other regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of work performed;

•         Methodological materials related to relevant issues of work performed;

•         Basics of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

•         Rules and regulations in the field of civil protection and industrial safety;

•         Basics of the rules for the protection of the subsoil and the environment;

•         Rules of safety and labor protection, radiation safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection;

•         Rules and regulations in the field of civil defense and industrial safety;

•         Decrees, orders, orders, methodological and regulatory materials for maintenance and repair of equipment;

•         Organization of repairs and maintenance of equipment;

•         Technical characteristics, design features, purpose and modes of operation of technical equipment, the rules of its technical operation;

•         Methods for planning repairs;

•         Advanced repair systems and repair technology;

•         The procedure for budgeting for repairs, applications for equipment, materials, spare parts, tools, etc .

•         Ability to conduct planning of capital and operational budgeting of funds and consumables, as well as control over its execution;

·         High level of computer skills, including the ability to work with a computerized maintenance management system and MS Office office software, as well as the ability to clearly enter maintenance data and use the Internet to search for parts and information on best maintenance practices

·         Analytical thinking, ability to apply a methodical approach and summarize data;

·         The ability to easily adapt to change, to take the initiative in their own hands and be flexible.
