HES Senior Team Lead (Only KZ Passport holders) Tengiz 28/28

• Four year university degree in safety or HES disciplines or technical degree in safety, project management or engineering.
• Minimum Six (8) years of direct experience in HES or fifteen (15) years capital project related experience
• Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience
• Leadership / coaching / mentoring experience
• Experience in client/customer liaison service industry
• Has shown the ability to manage HES on a large construction project in oil and gas industry
• Able to deal with evolving situations and fast moving environment
• PC competency, strong administrative acumen, well organized with strong communication skills
• English Required; Kazakh and Russian fluency preferred
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Self-starting behavior and ability to work independently
• Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner
• Strong personal character
• Work well with all levels of  the project management team and third parties
• Interpersonal skills - good communicator
• Planning and organizational skills
• OE Certification
• CSOC Regular
• CHST, CSP or other Safety related certification
