HES Specialist - Human Machine Interface (Only KZ passport holders) Tengiz 28/28

• Technical degree in safety or HES disciplines
• Minimum five (5) years of construction experience
• Three (3) years industrial project / HES related experience
• Leadership / coaching / influencing / mentoring experience
• Experience in client/customer liaison service industry
• Knowledge of HES principles
• Able to deal with evolving situations in a fast moving environment
• PC competency, strong administrative acumen, well organized with strong communication skills
• Kazakh, Russian fluency, English basic communication skills
• PC knowledge and skills
• Basic user knowledge of Lotus Notes or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently
• Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner
• Strong personal character
• Work well with all levels of the project management team and third parties
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
