Marketing (Sales) Supervisor

Requrements:

Work experience at the same role 5-6 years

Guides activities of marketing personnel, development of training programs and capability development of the sales & marketing employees

Studies, plans, follows and controls execution of target production performance indicators  of the Plants

Ensures flexible, stable and coordinated cooperation between Production, Logistics and Sales & Marketing groups of Plants

Preparation and distribution of marketing/advertising budget, approval of mass media list (primary channels and promotion methods)

Develops complete marketing management block for the Plants in JDE system

Implements and coordinates required changes to the marketing, pricing and production strategies program based on the analysis made in JDE system

Responsible for participation and holding of exhibitions on local, republic and international level

Develop a pricing policy for all product lines

Collect information about the market for our products. Track market capacity, competitor prices, trends

Develop a distribution policy. Describe the difference from the dealers. Describe the concept of development of the distribution network for each product and specific actions to attract
