- Higher education, IPMA-certification is an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the country, in mining/oil & gas/uranium industry in the procurement department
- Projects, Mining background or mine site exposure
- Proven, successful experience in Supply Chain function(s)
- Regional awareness through experience working with other cultures and people
- Proficiency in business English and Russian. Proficiency in Kazakh is an advantage
- Pays close attention to details
- Possess high ethical and professional standards in all dealings
- Proficiency: MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint required and Access preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to handle stress
