P&C Quality Lead (Only KZ passport holders)  Tengiz 28/28

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or applicable discipline
• Good level of English
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an industrial environment and to have worked directly with Process Safety data
• In-depth knowledge of relevant specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria, Oil& Gas Facilities Maintenance practices, and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of Power and or Control processes – Practical Experience working in this area
• Fully conversant with the Industry standards for onshore and offshore safety, company safety procedures and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• Practical experience working with contractors in activities associated with oil & gas equipment
• Previous experience in commissioning and/or start-up areas is desirable
• Ability to achieve results through an influence model and effectively communicate with all levels in the organization
• Strong English is written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office suite of software programs such as Excel, Access etc.
• Creative thinker with a can-do mindset. Good leadership skills
• Ability to work in and foster a strong team environment with minimal supervision
