Duties:
gather, study and analyze information about all industries of Kazakhstan in order to promote sales of any potential business;
negotiations with the Kazakhstan and foreign gather, study and analyze information about other industries of Kazakhstan;
negotiations with the Kazakhstan and foreign partners in order to study the market and provide information about the company and its products;
negotiations with the Kazakhstan and foreign partners to provide and obtain technical information about the company's products and its contractors;
drafting of commercial contracts by direct written order from the Head Office, not including stipulation of its main conditions, collecting information about the customs of business matter, legal requirements that must be considered in the preparation of commercial contracts;
gathering information on the possibilities of developing new contacts and investment areas and transfer the collected information to the appropriate division of parent company;
study possibility of developing new projects in Kazakhstan;
gathering information on the transport of import and export cargoes which shall be provided to the parent company in order to clarify the timing of contractual obligations;
bearing material liability for the transferred to perform work assignments material assets;
follow corporate policies and standards of conduct;
provides office workers help in resolving arising problems during their work, take measures to prevent conflict situations.
