Geographical Information Management Advisor

•       Proven experience of project management & project delivery within sensitive and multi-cultural international working environments.

•       Strong practical understanding of coordinate reference systems

•       Knowledgeable about remote sensing services

•       Skilled in Geo-Information data management, spatial analysis and in providing map services.

Requirements:

•       Bachelor degree or Master degree in Geographic Information System or relative disciplines such as Geodesy &Cartography, Geography, Earth Sciences

•       7 years discipline or relevant industry experience post qualification. 

•       Professional GIS experience with extensive working knowledge of ESRI and related spatial tools. 

•       Experience with data manipulation tools, preferably FME, desired.

•       Understanding of IM/ IT systems, such as Oracle, EDMS  and relevant to Geo-Information Management 

•       The Company and Project working language is English, but preferable good spoken and written knowledge in Kazakh and Russian languages.
