Responsibilities:

·         Labor legislation, Employees social welfare legislation.

·         Requirements for making and execution of staff documentation.

·         Methods of analysis and labor-market monitoring, situation in labor market.

·         Information Base of labor market

·         Methods of searching occupations and job positions using the information systems.

·         Requirements for creation of own Data Base.

·         Professional Ethical Code of the Recruiter

·         Methods of testing and interviewing.

·         Adhere to health, safety and security procedures of the Client and Company, including Incident Reporting, Risk Management and Emergency Procedures.

·         Adhere to all relevant Quality Management System procedures and Work Instructions.

·         Propose to HR Manager the measures of implementation and development for personnel hiring system and process

·         Formulate the requriemetns for Candidates, make the description of vacant position and characteristics of required employees,

·         Make an active search by means of own Information Bases and Contacts, Mass Media, Internet as well as with help of placing of information in various information sources.

·         Develop the job descriptions involving the interested division of company in compliance with Unified Rating and Skills Guide for Jobs and Occupations of Manual Workers and Qualification Guide, agree it with a Legal Adviser and submit to HR Manager for approval, if necessary update systematically

·         Prepare the recruitment materials and send to Employment Center, newspapers and etc

·         Provide consultations on issues of completion and compiling questionnaires;

·         Arrange, assign and conduct the interview to recruit and to select the Candidates.

·         Assess relevant knowledge, competencies and psychological qualities, skills, abilities, experience and propensity of applicants, arrange their psychological test.

·         Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.

·         Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”

·         Responsible for CV Data Base, accept and provide active assistance in compiling of resume

·         Open ICS according to HR procedures

·         Ensure creation of Data Base of Candidates, Enterprise Vacancies and other information on labor market (receiving, maitenance, processing,

·         Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

·         Inform the candidates of: nature, regimen, conditions of labor at enterpise, qualifying and psychological requirements, benefits provided to employees, financial incentives and moral encouragement programs.

·         Recruit the required personnel in accordance with specialty and qualification.

·         Make a request to Recruitement Agencies in a timely manner

·         Collaborate with Employment Center of Zhylyoi Region and with other Employment Centers

·         Recruitment Inspector should have work experience in HR department minimum 3 years and experience in interviewing and assessing candidates.

·         Should be able to attract and hire candidates using various sources and social media networks.

·         analysis, classification, assessment, verification and storage of information), coordinate the extraction and using the infromation from Data Base.

·         Perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by line manager.

·         Constantly maintain to the highest level confidentiality concerning company policies, rules, prikazes, orders, and any other official information.

·         Constantly maintain confidentiality of all fellow workers, personal and company related information.

·         Constantly maintain confidentiality when transferring information via internet or email.

·         Comply with Company and Client’s Policy concerning residing and behavior in their territory.

·         Comply with Company’s any other policies and rules

·         Do not use Company’s property and vehicle for beneficial use.

·         It is at all times required to appear in a suitable manner/ Corporal hygiene must be irreproachable.

·         Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at designated places as dictated by signage or instruction.

·         Appropriate uniform must be worn according to the job requirement

·         Demonstrate high level of discretion, tact and diplomacy at work.

·         Develop and update job descriptions.

Requirements:

·         Higher education and preferably work experience in HR sphere minimum 3 years.

·         Good command of Kazakh, Russian and English (verbal and written).

·         Good knowledge of RoK Labor Legislation.

·         Good Computer literate with Microsoft as a minimum.

·         Skills to carry out official investigations per the violations made on employees’ behalf.

·         Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Conditions:

·         Rotation work 14/14 at Tengiz.

·         Both way tickets.
