Roles and Responsibilities

•Act as the main point of contact for office and residential potential tenants;

•Handle negotiations and contract-to-close activities. PLAs/LAs administration;

•Present the project to potential Tenants;

•Supervise real estate Agents, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry;

•Source potential clients and establish a good work relationship;

•Facilitate communication of tenants with Office / Residential Leasing for renewals of leases;

•Coordinate with Tenant Relations Manager (customer service / call center, complaint handling, handovers etc) to review tenant issues/ complains;

•Ensure adherence of tenants with property rules and regulations.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of: 3+ years of experience in commercial property management and lease administration.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

•Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong sales and presentation skills.

•Must have own existing network and contacts of potential tenants of properties

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Excellent planning and organizing skills
