GS MECHANICAL QC INSPECTOR ( TENGIZ 28/28)
Responsibilities:- Lead Turnover team in the coordination of plant turnover and systems completion, compiling documentation, and ensuring quality and consistency of turnover packages and other paper and data deliverable to the client Systems Completion team. Direct line supervisor for turnover clerks and coordinators.
- Support establishment of the Turnover and Completions program on the project to meet contractual requirements including working with engineering and construction databases, developing work processes, and working with the Construction team and the Client to gain approval.
- Responsible for managing the flow of turnover documents and data and establishing work processes that minimize rework and double handling of documentation.
- manage Mechanical Completion walk downs, and the logging and completion status of punch list items
- work with Information Management to ensure correct turnover of documentation.
- Support regulatory requirements through the certification process
- work closely/integrated with the Customer certification team.
Requirements:- Prior experience in mechanical completion and system turnover
- experience in industry standard completions software
- Ability to plan and roll out new processes to the size organization independently
- strong communication skills, proactive
- detail oriented
- experienced in leading small to medium sized teams (5-25 people)
- Good English skills
- Higher educational degree
Salary: 600-700.000 KZT per rotation, depends on interview results
