Head of Organization Services & Data Management (for KZ passport holders)  Atyrau 5/2

Requirements:

University Degree or advanced degree in HR Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Applications or HRM;

8 - 10 years of experience in the relevant areas with a minimum 4 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified ;

Grasp of HRM Systems and Data Management

Sound competence of Analysis and Organizational Design Methodologies and Techniques

Excellent written and spoken English;

Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken;

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), MS Sharepoint Collaboration Platform, Database development and Management, other specific IT tools, administrative applications used by the department.
