IIF Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the IIF Sessions.
- Enrolling employees to IIF Sessions
- Quality checks on IIF awareness with WRP & workers on construction site;
- WRP competency quality control. Conduction of field practice for WRP;
- Data entry of daily IIF Sessions posters.
- Weekly OEILT walk down workforce engagement feedback
- Participation on monthly OEILT meetings.
- Participation on monthly IIF and BBS meetings
- Coordination all IIF works of company
- Making monthly company newsletter about safety work and IIF
- Carrying out preventive work on the BBS program
- Registration employees on BBS Site
- Coordination meetings with Observers
- Controlling BBS cards and analysis of Observations of safety work
- Preparing IIF and Safety Posters
- Organization monthly IIF Award for Safely works
- Other works which related with IIF and BBS Program
Requirements:- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- English Intermediate
- Experience with TCO procedures
Conditions:- Rotation based work 28/28
- Accomodation, meal will be provided
- Transport costs will be covered according to Company code
