Emergency & Oil Spill Response Engineer (Technical Response) (for KZ passport holders)  Atyrau 5/2

Requirements:

Level II

Graduation with an appropriate qualifications in science, physics, engineering, geography (alternatively experience in OSR technical aspects)

3 years of relevant experience - inspection/maintenance activities in the specific area of competence;

Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization;  Technical  or research background includes computer applications work 

Experience working with technical applications 

Experience with geographic information system (GIS) software applications 

Knowledge of  computer modeling applications, physics, mathematics

Computer literate with software programs: GIS, CAD, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel  Competence in the preparation of technical documentation to a high standard              Good Communication and Presentation skills.   

Proficiency with Russian or Kazakh is essential 

Good written & spoken English
