Logistics (For KZ residents only)
- Determines the requirements for material resources, their quality compliance with standards, specifications and other regulatory documents, as well as concluded contracts.
- Participates in determining project conformity plans, logistics plans organization of production, in monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, receipt and sale of raw materials, fuel, equipment and finished products, in the preparation of data for compilation of claims for the defective inventory items and responses to customers ' claims.
- Controls the availability of material resources and finished products in warehouses. Communicates with suppliers and consumers and prepares documents for the shipment of products.
- Keeps operational records of receipt and sale of inventory, controls the timeliness of shipment of returnable containers, if necessary, conducts a search for goods not received.
- Participates in carrying out inventories, studies the reasons of formation of excessive excess material resources and illiquids, takes measures for their realization.
- Monitors compliance with the rules of storage of inventory in warehouses, preparation of finished products for shipment to consumers, draws up the necessary documents related to the supply and sale of products, reports on the established forms.
- Checks contracts, correctness, completeness of filling and completeness of transportation and accompanying documents from brokerage and transport companies, receipt of invoices, consignment notes and certificate of origin.
- Performs accrual of due customs duties and taxes, photo and video shooting of goods for customs officers. Maintains a copy of the import and export Declaration, shipping and accompanying documentation.
- Issues shippers and consignees certificates and operational information on the application of tariffs and customs clearance of shipping and accompanying documents. Pays customs fees.
- Prepare a daily status report of incoming and outgoing deliveries for the Chief engineer. Reporting to the Chief engineer for the preparation of documents for timely receipt of import and export cargoes.
- Translation of documentation upon receipt of goods, description of goods, support and inspection of goods at the request of a customs official, as well as control and check customs VAT, payment of duties and reconcile accounts to confirm accuracy.
