Обязанности:

• Monitor the project vehicles/drivers movements and behaviors, and make recommendations to comply with RoK requirements, HES MVS expectations (80% blue drivers objective).

• Ensure that vehicles/drivers involved in the project activities are registered in the IVMS software program.

• Manage the Advanced Driver Reports (ADR) status and liaises with contract owners to manage results with contractors.

• Developing link traffic plans.

• Manage and update MVS procedures and documents according to TCO requirement.

• Perform MVS field verification

• Report internally and answer any vehicle incident detected by TCO

• Arrange toolboxes with drivers/operators with lowest MVS score on Mondays in Bolashak.

• Work in conjunction with HR to ensure the issuance of reprimand letters and warning

• Apply TCO MVS matrix (including deactivation of blue keys)

• Produce performance and trend analysis reports.

• Perform random equipment inspection for the project vehicles.

  Elaborate the contractor motor vehicle safety plans and traffic management plans for links and areas.

• Provide instruction and guidance to manage drivers.

  Analyzing traffic patterns and making recommendations

• Reviewing motor vehicle reports and computerized tracking feedback to ensure continued compliance for enhancement of safety for both the drivers and the workers involved.

• Reviewing safety inspection reports, motorized equipment inspection reports, vehicle safety related documentation, processing and generating procedures, reports and documentation.

• Attend scheduled motor vehicle safety meetings and other meetings as requested.

Требования:

• Higher technical education. Major should be related to transport preferably.
• Advanced English
• 1-3 years of experience
