I&E Spare Parts Coordinator
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Technical / maintenance discipline background
- Relevant experience in maintenance (instrumentation bias), not less than 7 years
- Familiarizes with technical documentation of FGP Instrumentation and Electrical equipment
- Review OEM recommended spare parts list of the equipment (SPIR) in the Riversand software
- Defines what spare parts are necessary to put on a OPS warehouse stock and nonstoke
- Contacts OEM for additional information if it’s required
- Defines the list of identical equipment where the same spare part can be applied
- Develops the list of necessary spare parts for each equipment and transfers full information to Inventory Specialist
- Constantly watch updates of design data and to be on communication with design engineers. If something changes on the project then he is responsible to make changes in the spare parts list and transfer information to change the data in E1
- Preferable knowledge of English, Kazakh and Russian
