Responsibility:

Performs economic planning in Branch.

Prepares initial data for drawing up of Branch activity perspective and annual plans projects, develops separate sections of plans considering forecasting and market data and breakdown by periods, performs calculations and justifications for them.

Develops technical and economics regulations of material and manpower costs to determine cost of work production, planned and estimated prices for main types of works.

Prepares cost estimation of works and materials, rates for works (services) considering market conditions.

Performs complex economic analysis of Branch activity, identifies production’s resources and defines measures for provision of economy regime, more effective usage of Branch resources, identification of opportunities to perform additional scope of works, increasing of labor efficiency growth rates.

Controls accuracy of introduction of new machinery, labor organization economic efficiency calculations.

Keeps records and control over the implementation of Branch planned tasks.

Performs work on the formation, maintenance and storage of planning and economic information database, makes changes to reference and regulatory information used in data processing.

Requirements:

• high professional (economic) education
• 3 years work experience
• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
• Computer programs: Primavera (necessarily), MS Office

We offer:

• 28/28 rotation, Tengiz
• accommodation and meal are provided, travel expenses are compensated.
• fixed amount for actually working 28 days, resting 28 days are not paid.( фиксированная сумма только за отработанные 28 дней, отдыхающая вахтв не оплачивается
