Financial Analyst

 Job functions:

- Assists in resolving issues related with accounting principles and guidelines.

- Performs analytical work with respect to financial data providng explanations on variances within established General Ledger closing deadlines.

-  May participate in business processes optimization activities within the group and cross-functional teams as developmental assignment.

- Interacts with employees of different work groups on issues related with accounting and financial processes and policies.

- Performs other special tasks as requested by a Supervisor.

- Analysies deviations of financial results from standards and budgets.

Candidate Skills:

- Education –(Economics,Finance,Accounting).
- Relevant major – Accounting, Finance, Audit, Economics, other   related .        

- English – fluent required (as all documentation is in English).

- GPA – at least 3.0 out of 4.0.
- For experienced candidates – work experience in relevant positions such as accounting, cost control, budgeting, financial analysis.

- Good analytical skills, ability to understand and interprete issues,identify and recommend resolutions,

- Good communication skills

- Teamwork attributes are extremely important.Willingness to perform broad scope of work,as required
