Maintenance Shared Services Coordinator (For KZ residents only) Tengiz 14/14

• Basics of health, safety and environmental requirements
• Ensures and controls the correct execution of civil works in accordance with the Safety requirements.
• Provides continuous information to employees of Contracting Companies about changes in the field of Safety, instructions, about incidents, which could have been prevented.
• Continuous participation in Safety meetings of the Contracting companies, celebrates, recognizes the most secure types of employees’ behavior.
• Keeps checking the availability and validity of Safety certificates and MSS BP professional qualifications.
• Regular base performance of the role for principal officer reviewing PTW and permissions.
• Takes part in hazardous identification process during the performance of high risk work by employees of BP Contracting companies.
• Education above engineering college degree
• Good personal and coordination skills, written and oral presentation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Teamwork player
• Self-motivation, ability to work under minimal supervision
• Practical knowledge of relevant regulations, procedures and instructions
• Ability to take the lead as a key member
