Industrial Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Partake in and attend Contractor RFP and Pre-job review meetings as and when required
• Provide contractors with templates, guidelines and assistance as may be required
• Liaise and coordinate with Contractor management teams regarding IRP improvement requirements, and submission of IRP for review by the company
• Review IRP documentation and update work tracking system
• Review policy, procedure and other document submissions relating to contractor management plans through POL
• Assist in the process of review and approval of all contractor documentation required by IRP
• Assist Contractors in their efforts to write / prepare / amend IRP for Company review

• Provide assistance with grievance investigations upon request from the IR Supervisor.

• Write detailed report on the findings upon completion of the investigation.

• Communicate with contractors the grievances received and request written mitigation.

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with:

• RoK Labour Code
• RoK statutes and regulations applicable to this job

• Higher Education in a relevant field

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR and IR

• Kazakh, Russian and English

• Basic / Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner, using appropriate language
• Work well with all levels of management
