Engineering Lead  (For KZ residents only) 

• Degree BSc or equivalent level in Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience (min. 6-8 years) and proven track record in oil & gas facilities or marine, coastal, navigation, hydraulic installations.
• Previous experience and familiarity with RoK and/ or other Caspian projects and marine projects..
• Knowledge in regulatory, procedures and architecture of naval oil & gas transportation and marine engineering, regulations and International standards.
• Good knowledge of International engineering standards, best practices, and systems.
• Experience about shallow water navigation and facilities.
• Experience in preparing scopes of work and managing contractors work will be an advantage.
• Good technical, interpersonal and team-working skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive approach to decision process (in the pertinent discipline).
• Problem solving oriented..
• Ability to work in team environments-communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional and multi-location environment
• Capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure conditions.
• HSSE driven mindset
• Experience in offshore and onshore facilities processing high H2S content and sour fluids is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RoK navigation and marine regulation is a strength point but not mandatory.
• This job is demanding and requires self motivation and vision to progress the project objectives.
