Requirements: 5-10 years experience in the position, Bachelor in Engineering preferred and or economics/legal

Responsibilities: to ensure purchasing of high value or critical materials and services in cost effective and timely manner, lead the interface between Procurement and Beneficiary to ensure expectations are understood and realistic; to ensure all procurement activities are processed as per Company's guidelines, policies and procedure including public procurement law; to lead and support team for problem solving, and/ or advise right directions of proper contracts execution.
