Expeditor – NE (For KZ residents only)
- Confirm the Supplier's understanding of all deliverables and that the Supplier's submission or delivery requirements match the Project's expectations.
- Confirm the Supplier has a complete and capable plan for meeting the Project's delivery requirement; develop and present to the Project alternatives for the Supplier to improve performance.
- Ensure the Project material management system MatMan and ACR's are constantly updated and accurately reflects the latest.
- Ensures that fabrication line stopping situations are identified and acted upon in a timely manner.
- Attend Kick off Meetings.
- Provide accurate reports on progress related activities at weekly MSR meetings.
- Develop shop expediting plans and ensure agencies providing services comply with the Project requirements.
- Visit Supplier's works as necessary to negotiate schedule progression.
- Attend PO handover meetings with the Buyer/ Engineer.
- Issue slippage notifications.
- Expedite in accordance with project priorities.
