Lead Electrical Engineer (For KZ residents only)

• An Electrical engineering degree and relevant engineering, maintenance and/or operations experience preferred
• Relevant Electrical work experience of at least 8 years
• Experience accumulated ‘hands-on’ in the design and maintenance of Electrical Equipment
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to write and review technical documentation in English
• Knowledgeable of International standards and RoK Standards related to Electrical Equipment
• Experience of Good Oil Field Practices
• Experience of driving business improvement in engineering, key words being: technology, fit-for-purpose solutions and cost effectiveness
• Self-starter and pro-active with ability to work effectively unsupervised
• Effective Communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and find solutions to problems.
• Good management skills working schedule and the distribution of working time.
• Ability to perform tasks within established deadlines.
• High performance and personal attitude to achieve results.
• Ability to work in a production environment, representatives of different cultures.
• Ability to interact with staff and representatives of the leadership at all levels, as well as address various issues in accordance with the guidelines and policies. 
• Experience in staff development, training, coaching or mentoring.
