Responsibilities: to monitor the quality of repair and technical maintenance of all types of machines and equipment; determine the technical condition and terms of delivery of equipment for repair and take part in acceptance of equipment and in evaluation of quality of equipment delivered, and prepare reports; monitor the condition of instruments, tools, machines and equipment used during repair of the technical equipment; monitor quality of equipment and mechanical appliances manufactured in the organization; determine reasons of poor quality of repair and technical maintenance and takes measures on their rectification; and conduct diagnostic of equipment using various methods (wall thickness test, vibration monitoring, NDT).
