Qualification and Experience  Requirements:

•Higher Degree / Diploma qualification in Technical Discipline.

•Professional with minimum 6-8 years of Operations/Maintenance experience in international Oil & Gas Operations.

•Deep understanding of the operational workflows and the links to Maintenance, HSE and relevant technical disciplines.

•Personal knowledge of best operational practices and a track record in applying these.

•Proven ability to lead and inspire dispersed multi-cultural communities.

•Experience in leading and implementing change.

•Proven track-record in developing people.

•Engage and work effectively across all departments in Operations and Maintenance, influence main interface teams through direct contact and effectively communicate across a wide range of cultures.

•Skilled in Oil and Gas processing plant operations.
