Обязанности:

Ability to safely work in an IIF culture that supports and encourages all employees to work together in a positive environment that promotes safe work practices and skills learning
Participation in all aspects of management of spares and special tools including development of processes, and procedures associated with the management of spares including turnover to Base Business
Oversight of the receiving, issuing, storage, preservation and cycle count of all spares parts. Execution of these processes as directed
Coordinate all aspects of spares documentation including materials traceability reports (MTR's) associated with the spares including Customs Clearance Documents (CCD)
Reconciliation of spares throughout the project life-cycle
Confirm tagging and packaging of spares and special tools meet company Base Operations requirements for turnover - oversee turnover of all spares, special tools and documentation to company.
Link each special tool to the equipment it is required for - crate as needed
Other duties as assigned;

Требования:

Strong understanding of maintaining a Stock –list, segregation of material assets, their characteristics and purpose;
Good knowledge of written English to read, understand and compare packing lists to purchase descriptions from international shipments
Good understanding of storekeeping, inventory accounting and material control procedures;
Consolidating Spares into one storage area / part of warehouse
Identification of issued spares that should be repurchased
Confirm tagging and packaging of spares meet company Base Operations requirements for turnover
Link each special tool to the equipment it is required
Good understanding of industry practices and procedures and requirements to conduct and maintain inventory checks;
Understanding of methods and procedures to minimize damage to materials while off-loading, loading and storekeeping;
Understanding of Fire safety rules; rules of labour safety in storekeeping and handling potentially hazardous materials
Protection and preservation of Company Assets, Intellectual Property and Documentation:
Understanding of project Disciplinary policies and procedures
Understanding of RoK regulations and rules
