Position for locals

Duties:

·        negotiation of contracts with construction and/or service contractors, all type of contracts;

·        General Terms and Conditions review and drafting, Special Terms and Commercial standards for the study or project based on international practices coupled with KAZAKH local contracting legislation;

·        Contracting Plan development;

·        Procedures development;

·        Reports;

·        Evaluation;

·        MoM.

Requirements:

·        experience not less than 5 years;

·        C&P processes, logistics, RoK requirements, International requirements, Incoterms 2010, English not less than pre-intermediate.
