• High professional (economical) education and a minimum of 3 years of work experiences
  
• Fluent English (writing, reading, conversational)
•  Must know: legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the RoK concerning material and technical support; methods and procedures of developing potential and annual plan of material and technical support, normative standards of production reserves of raw materials, procedure of completing applications for materials, concluding agreements with suppliers; organize warehousing; methods of managing; standards and norms of labour protection
