Production IT Supervisor for one of large Projects within Uralsk, 5.2.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Support the E&P IT Director in the Development of a roadmap for the evolution of the E&P portfolio from current to future state
• Design and document the governance activities associated with portfolio transformation
• Consult with application and infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify projects to accommodate the solutions architecture
• Partner with major systems and software vendors in testing solutions for digital transformation in E&P space
• Apply domain expertise to provide recommendations about future planning and development of resources with a focus on the local workforce

Credentials and Experience

o  Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience

o  At least 7 years of experience with technical applications for the Oil and Gas Industry

o  Familiarly with an end to end workflows within Oil & Gas Production engineering

o  Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models

Skills

• IT related to project execution and support to oil and gas production, plant, and pipeline facility engineering and operations teams for the implementation of SCADA systems and process data integration with the business layer.
• Implementation of the automation systems for the monitoring and control of oil and gas production, processing, and transportation.
• Manage the Installation, administration, and troubleshooting of automation-related applications in the protected process-controlled network (PCN).
• Knowledge in RTIMS/Process Control Domain Network.
• Support the increasing levels of integration, data flow, and data analytics.. Apply good data security practices across applications and domains.
• Manage the testing and evaluation of new IT technologies for process control, communications, and surveillance.
• Expertise in real time data Working knowledge of Osisoft Pi systems; conversant with managing the deployment.
• Work history supporting Field applications and Data Systems within an integrated environment including high-frequency data and field data collection
• General Knowledge of Digital Oilfield and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Business Analysis

Information Management (IM) Projects:

o  Under the guidance of the E&P IT Director, be the focal point and work proactively and independently to deliver small to medium size projects around MDM (Company Master Data) and Data Management work scopes.

o  This includes determining company requirements and using company tools to create and document a business case for the MDM work.

Desirable:

o  Russian and English working language knowledge

o  The general concept of Digital Oilfield

o  General Knowledge of SAP HANA (not essential)

o  Cloud Computing (MS Azure)

o  Contract Management
